I got bored the other day.

I have six neighborhoods, all custom except for Strangetown (though one is a blank Pleasantview template). I loaded up the game and went to play and two of my neighborhoods are gone. D: The custom Pleasantview and Strangetown. The files are still there in the EA Games folder, they just don't show up on the selection screen.

I searched the memories and Google a bit, and I see other people with the same problem but no solution in sight.

It's not custom content. I haven't played or modified either neighborhood recently. My power went out while I was playing the time before they disappeared - could the improper shutdown have had something to do with it? I reloaded twice and they're still gone. Also, could it be a numbering problem? I have N001, N002, then in jumps to N004? N001 and N002 are the ones that disappeared.

I want my neighborhoods back! D: Help!

So I wasn't actually going to post this until I was done with the Larouxs, but A) I PRETTY MUCH FORGOT WHAT WAS GOING ON HERE ALREADY AND THAT'S A PROBLEM and B) I think I'm going to marry generation 10 of the Larouxs into this family (the Hales are a bit behind and also have fucking ugly kids) for purpose of alien breedingz so I want to be on the same page with updates/playing.

LAST TIME: Violet whored it up on the front porch while simultaneously deciding she was a huge prude. Scarlett was terrifying, which turned out to be a huge turn-on for many many men. Other shit also happened.

Last we left off (which was seven weeks ago so YOU NEED A RECAP BITCH): Scarlett was a crazy destructive beast, Sawyer screwed his great uncle in a hot tub, Violet was cute and nice and wanted in on the action (but she died), Victoria did battle with the nanny, and Hayden and Allison popped out more unsolicited children because they can't stop doing it.

I think I might end up just updating my new legacy just so I can stop going through withdrawals, jeez. Look for that tomorrow I suppose! Or... sometime soon.

I JUST PLAYED THE HALES FOR A FEW HOURS SO I'D HAVE ENOUGH PICTURES FOR A DECENT SIZED UPDATE TONIGHT/TOMORROW, BUT NO, THE BITCH MADE MOTHERFUCKER HAS TO GO AND CRASH FOR NO APPARENT GOD DAMN MOTHERFUCKING BITCH ASS REASON BITCHES.

And I'm going to have one hell of a time trying to recreate some random pimp dude coming in the house, screwing Aurora then macking on both Elle and an unwilling Audrina who eventually gives in and cheats on her husband who cries and becomes an alcoholic with Mila so Audrina goes and screws Elle's baby daddy (who is her ex-fiancé by the way) instead resulting in a very fucked up family tree and lots and lots of drama. GOD DAMNIT.

So I can either TRY TO RECREATE ALL THAT PROGRESS OR START OVER WITH HOURS WORTH OF BULLSHITTERY AND LET ME TELL YOU NEITHER OPTION IS EXACTLY APPEALING NOW. OR EVER.

I rly rly rly rly want to update, but I have nothing TO update, except that one new legacy, but I don't think I want to post that just yet because I'll probably get absorbed and forget the others (WHICH IS STARTING TO HAPPEN WITH THE HALES, THANKS FOR THE WILDEBEEST BABY AUDRINA).

But life has been super fucking crazy lately, mostly a lot of college drama and shit finishing up senior year, and I haven't been able to play. :( Sadness. I probably won't be around for a while! But yeah, I definitely haven't forgotten about mah simz.

I got to a point in both the Hale and Laroux legacies where I just didn't want to play because I was bored with it. And usually I just go play the other family, but I was bored with BOTH.

So I started a new shit legacy just to kick start my interest and then I got waaaaaaay too into it, rofl. I do that occasionally, or I'll do some other project then just delete the neighborhood or abandon it whatever. But the founder, he cracks me up. I CAN'T HAVE THREE LEGACIES. I CAN'T.

I guess I'll just try to finish off the Larouxs and then keep going with the Hales and the new one, but I'm scared that I'll forget everything from the new one, which is a shame because I'm feelin' it, bitch. D:

MORAL OF THE STORY: starting new legacies, don't do it.

HEY GUYS, imaginepageant hit me up for like 94754705 sims and that reminded me that the request post even existed and it's all fixed and shit now if you want to go request someone. :D

PS, it breaks like every week because the fileserver I use is shit. Anyone know of one that doesn't break and delete your downloads for no apparent reason?

OOOOOOOOOOOOOOKAY GUYS. The Larouxs have been neglected for months, because of

a) senior year and college applications
b) the Hales taking precedence because of the founder challenge
c) glitchiness

But it's all resolved now because I'm full into senioritis, I failed the founder challenge and the glitches are resolved. So whoo! Let's go!

In summary: Victoria popped out two kids, Raven and Hayden. She had two more after that, but the social worker stole them because this family is inept.

Raven was an ugly interesting-looking child, and also a pretty big bitch and quite possibly the most whiny and annoying sim ever. She ended up being pretty foxy, though, so I forgive her.

Hayden was a nerd-ass little kid who enjoyed spending all of his time with the telescope and toy ponies. He grew up to be a romance sim who banged a slut in the family hot tub and decided he was hot shit even though he is clearly still a nerd-ass.

Justine drowned herself.

Generation 8 went to college.
